Wiltwyck Program news.

November 17.  Join us for Jessica VanDenburgh’s trunk show and presentation on creative ways to use pre-cuts (layer cakes, jelly rolls, and charm squares).  There are 6 spaces left in the Mini-Diva wallet workshop following the presentation.  Workshop fee is $15, supplies $16 (pattern and hardware).  Contact Linda Armour for more info.  lkarmour1968@gmail.com

Nearly 60 have already signed up for the holiday brunch in December.  If you haven’t already done so, sign up in November to bring a main, salad, or dessert dish.
 
December 15.  Ellie VonWellsheim of the Mooncatcher Project will present on making reusable menstrual products for girls around the globe.
 
Holiday brunch after presentation.  Time to enjoy our friends and give thanks.
 
CMQHOF News.  Continue to make chemo caps, breast cancer pillows, and seat belt/port covers.  Bring to a meeting for collection and delivery.
 
2019 Charity Project is fidget quilts.  More info in the coming months.

The results of the September Guild Challenge:

A new challenge to stretch our thinking and quilting skills. 
Create a non-pictorial design that can be any shape with a perimeter of 80” or less 
The design should not be one large block or recognizable repeat 
It can be any fabric, embellished, applique, etc. 
It must have 3 layers and be quilted 
The outside edge does not have to have a traditional binding
