Thanks to Sharon L for sharing this:

1 Cup Vodka (the cheap stuff is just fine)
1 Cup Liquid Starch
1 Gallon Distilled Water

You can add scent if you want.

Mix thoroughly and put in spray bottles to mist on your fabric.
