Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

1 C Sugar
2 C Flour
3-4 Tbsp Cocoa
1 Tsp Baking Soda
Dash of Salt
1 C Water
1 C Mayonnaise
1 Tsp Vanilla

Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Add wet ingredients. Mix well.
Place in 9X9 or 7X11″ baking pan. (I use a glass pan).
Bake at  350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

This is a very moist cake and is very good with a peanut butter or brown sugar icing.
