It’s that time again!!!!  YAY!!!   Our retreat weekend at Winter Clove Inn is scheduled for the last full weekend in April….  4/21-24/2016.   Early arrival around noon on Thursday 4/21 or anytime Friday or Saturday. Cost is the same as last year – $115 per night.

Meals included will be dinner on your arrival day, lunch on the day of departure and all meals in between .

Payment will be made directly to Winter Clove when you arrive.  If you have dietary restrictions contact Winter Clove Inn directly to discuss meal planning. There will be no registration fee.

We have 10 rooms on the first floor main house front hall, 10 rooms on the second floor main house, all of which are on suite, and three rooms above the sewing room with shared baths. Rooms can be either single occupancy or double the rate is per person per night regardless of number of people in the room. The first sleeping floor is actually up one flight of stairs and the second sleeping floor is 2 flights up.  Dining room and pool are on the ground floor. There is plenty of sewing room in another building a short walk from the main building. There are hiking trails, an indoor pool and bowling alley on premises.

Bring all your sewing essentials and projects to work on. We have found it wise to bring a back up machine and an iron.  Some of us play Mah Jongg so if you’d like to join in bring your current card. We have traditionally brought snacks and goodies to share so feel free to do the same.  There is a Keureg available if you’d like to use it bring your favorite pods.  We will have coffee and hot water, if you prefer tea feel free to bring some to share.
